I like how you've got the contrast set up--really shows the mood of the entire picture very well.
My one nitpick is that the sky could've been a touch brighter to really show the contrast between a sunny day, and onoes doom Doom DOOM.
But...I have to ask, given the theme and the shape of the ship...you wouldn't by any chance be a fan of the movie Independence Day, aka ID4?
